There is no space to store luggage on board. It can be kept at the reception counter.
If you are pregnant or have concerns about participation, please consult us in advance. *Due to weather conditions, the boat may bounce, causing strong impacts on your legs and back.
Please refrain from participating if you are not feeling well or have chronic conditions such as back pain.
Those who are intoxicated cannot participate.
Smoking is prohibited at the reception, information desk, boarding area, and on the boat. Electronic cigarettes are also not allowed.
Participation is not allowed for those with exposed tattoos.
Flammable items and dangerous goods cannot be brought on board.
Clothing on the Day of Boarding
Comfortable everyday clothes (pants style is recommended).
Non-slip shoes such as sneakers (the pier can be slippery).
We recommend rainwear in rainy weather (ponchos, raincoats, and warm bench coats are available for free rental, so please feel free to ask).

Students should bring their student ID (staff will verify at check-in).

It gets cold on the sea, so please wear something warm or dress in layers.

In Case of Severe Weather
In cases of severe weather or disasters, the captain or operations manager may suspend or stop operations if deemed dangerous.
The operation status will be published on our website, so please check before use.
In cases of planned cancellations, refunds or rescheduling will be provided according to the customer's wishes.
We will operate even in rainy conditions if it is safe to do so. We will provide simple raincoats, but please refrain from using umbrellas.
Regarding Boarding
Please arrive at the boarding area at least 10 minutes before the tour departure, check in with the staff, and receive your life jacket.
The boat will depart at the scheduled time, so please be careful not to miss it.
Please make sure to use the restroom.
You may bring drinks and snacks. However, there are no drink holders or tables available.
Please act according to the captain's instructions when boarding and disembarking.
The seating arrangement on the boat will be determined by the captain based on the age, physique, and number of passengers, so please follow the instructions.
When boarding, please be sure to wear the life jacket provided by the organizer. If you do not wear it, you will be asked to disembark.
While sailing, the vessel may experience unexpected swaying, so please be sure to sit down and hold onto the handrail.
Please manage your personal belongings and valuables yourself. In particular, please use neck straps for mobile phones and be careful of water damage.
If the captain recognizes any nuisance behavior towards employees or other passengers, such as customer harassment, boarding will be refused, or the tour will be terminated, and you will be asked to return to the boarding area and disembark. There may be claims for damages arising from this situation. Additionally, no refunds will be given to the parties involved for any reason.
